Dear Linda, Ali and "The Team", Travelling to new countries can be overwhelming when it comes to planning itineraries and scheduling services with companies one isn't familiar with can add to the sense of overwhelm. Both my husband and I were deeply impressed by the outstanding service you provided. It is of great comfort to know that in the flurries of travel there is someone you can trust on the receiving end that will get you to and from your lodging with the highest degree of reliability imagineable. We used your services for 5 different transfers and each and every time proved to be a great experience. You definitely provided some of the best customer service I've encountered to date.
