	thanks really much for your service...but my travel to italy is not so good......Alitalia had made an overbooking on the flight so we went before to paris and then to rome...i leave in naples so i arrived at home at 3 a.m...... But Istanbul it's fantastic and turkish people are really kind. I hope to come back in Istanbul in the future. Regards Sergio

	Hi Ali, Thanks for your message. I asked the guy who picked us up (promptly) at 05.30 on Sunday morning to pass on our thanks for an excellent service in both directions. In particular we were very appreciative of the consideration of the driver who collected us from the airport in driving at a moderate speed so that we could enjoy the scenery, including passing Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, on our way to the hotel. We had a fantastic time, with three of the days being sunny and have returned home with happy memories. I am 'attaching' one of the excellent photos that I took during this holiday. 	Dear Ali We have just returned from our recent holiday to Istanbul & Cyprus. Thanks for the arranging our transfer to and from Ataturk airport to the Barin Hotel, everything went like clockwork. Our driver was waiting for us when we walked out of the arrivals gate and we were transferred without delay to the hotel. Give your driver our thanks; we understand that he was waiting a while for us due to a mix up in the flight numbers. We did not get his name but understand he comes from Antalya, his English was very good and much better that our few words of Turkish. On our return he was bang on time for the return journey to the airport, an excellent service and we will not hesitate to recommend your service to any of our friends who visit Istanbul. 	Dear Ali, We have just returned from our visit to Istanbul. We were all very pleased with the service your company provided. The driver was waiting for us at the airport as we arrived. He was also waiting for us in reception at the hotel ready to take us back to the airport. The minibus was very clean and comfortable and the drivers very polite and friendly. Well Done!
