	Hello Mr. Hakki, the driver was on time at the hotel. The car was a very nice one. So everything went well with the return trip. I told the driver, that the behaviour of your enterprise (you) was absolutely professional. Faulds could occur everywhere, How they are managed makes the difference! So you will have my recommendation for the future. Finally still a hint. Germanwings is offering airport transfers on their website (www.germanwings.com). For Istanbul they still not have an appropriate contract partner. Would that not be an opportunity for you? Best regards Axel Schuppe

Ali Ekber Bakir, We wil thank you for the service you give during our visit for the Bus world show in Istanbul, i wil say more than that, so to explane in the English language was verry fine, because the normal yellow small taxi driver don't speak anny language and asking to much for the transfers ( 2 times more !). 	We have just returned from a wonderful family holiday in Istanbul, staying in the brilliantly located Hotel Spina in Sultanahmet. Airport tranfers can be a nightmare, but Ali was a 100% reliable and reasonably priced. Wish things had gone quite so smoothly when we arrived back at Manchester! Thanks for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.

	I just want to say a big thank-you. My friends and I recently stayed at the Sokullu Pasa Hotel and used this service. When we return to Istanbul we will most definately being using them again!!!

	On arrival everything was organised for us. They helped us book our excursions. Gave us a map so that we could find our way around. Offered great advise on the city. Ensured that our stay at the hotel and Istanbul was memorable. Delivered us safely back to the airport for our departure. And, most importantly of all guaranteed our return to Istanbul! Brilliant. Thanks for a great holiday.
